From the April 6, 2012, Yahoo! News "Ten Things You Didn't Know About: The 100th Anniversary of the Titanic" by Victoria Leigh Miller. //// 1. The evening meal April 14th, First Class, was a ten course meal including oysters, poached salmon, sirloin of beef, lamb with mint sauce, chocolate eclairs and waldorf pudding. A different wine was served with each course (ten dribnks?). Coffee and cigars accompanied by port and distilled spirits were also available with the last course. //// 2.
