Bathing is Compulsory in 1922-- Part 1: In the Jailhouse Now

Citizens are asked to notify the presence of:

I.  Any friendless, homeless or incorrigible girls or boys.

II.  Any condition making for a person's causing delinquency

III.  Any girl or woman who is violating the law.
