This grew out of my Down Da Road I Go Blog which now has become primarily what I'm doing and music. I was getting so much history in it, I spun this one off and now have World War II and War of 1812 blogs which came off this one. "State trooper Bernhardy demonstrated a new speed detection device at the DeKalb County Courtgouse.
"The device, called Vascar, is an electronic computer that measures distance and time and computes the resultant speed and is designed to replace the patrol car speedometer as a speed measuring tool."
